Rachael Cook
Rachael L. Cook (born on the 4th of October in 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995) and She's All That(99), and Josie and the Pussycats (2000), as well as on the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart is her voice. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota) she is the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, both of whom are a stand-up comedian and a social worker. Cook is an Italian-born. Cook was first seen first in a public service advertisement for foster care when she was seven years old. Her career began as an infant model when she was 10 and was featured in national advertisements for Target as well as on Milk-Bone dog biscuits. She attended Clara Barton Open School in Clara Barton, Laurel Springs School in Minneapolis, as well as Minneapolis South High School.
